The Rubber Stamp Shop is so much more than just stamps. We do engraving as well. Just like with the stamps,  I had no idea of all the things that could be done with engraving. I always just thought it was desk signs that said things like "Ms. Bakewell"  and so on. But surprise there is so much more that I can do, and I want to share.

For example, Valentine's Day or "Singles Awareness Day" is coming up, depending on which day you celebrate. Believe me, I was a Single's Awareness Gal for quite some time. I have a couple suggestions to help,  no matter which day you celebrate.

First of all, have you ever left a little love note for your significant other? Just a little, "I'm thinking of you" note. On a whim one day, I made a little 1" x 3" red sign with with  white letters that said "I Love You!". That evening I snuck it into his jacket pocket to find later. He never said a thing about it, and I thought had been lost or over looked. However, about 3 days later when I went to open a book I was reading, it fell out. How sweet! Now its a game to hide it for each other. It doesn't have to say I Love You.  If you and your significant other have a pet saying,  use that instead.  Be sure to let me know some fun places yours was hidden!!

For the singleton's out there, I have not forgotten you. When I first heard the term Single's Awareness Day I loved it!!! Seems as if Valentine's Day is one of the most depressing days of the year if you are single. One of my girlfriends was single last Valentine's Day,  and I made her a badge, (in black with red lettering mind you), that said,  "Happy Single's Awareness Day" You would not believe how many guys came up to her to visit about her badge. Why not get one for yourself?
